Norwegian Ocean Trout looks and taste very similar to Salmon. Therefore, it is commonly called Salmon Trout. In comparison to Salmon, Ocean Trout has a finer texture (finer flak). For some who find cooked Salmon smell a little too strong due to the fish oil, Ocean Trout has a lesser smell but is just as delicious.

The redness of Ocean Trout is natural whether wild caught or farmed. This Ocean Trout is farmed in the open seas in Norway.

It comes with skin on.
