E-tori means good bird in Japanese.

Etori chicken is ayam kampung breed, raised in pristine environment, pasture on open fields, supplemented with probiotics for healthy gut, improved diet with whole grains and fruits for better growing.

They are never fed with any antibiotics or growth enhancers. Etori chickens grow to at least 80 days old and more than 100 days for very large size. The meat is tender and sweet.

Sizes Guideline

Medium size           - family meal for 3-4 pax (Texture is tender)

Large size                - family meal for 4-5 pax (Texture is tender)

Extra Large size     - family meal for 5-7 pax (Texture is firmer, need extra cooking time at lower heat

For meatier choices, select bigger birds. Order it pre-cut into half. Cook half per serving.
