Guinea Fowl is a bird. It is very common in Europe. Locally called Ayam Mutiara or Chan Chi Kai (Cantonese).

This bird is exceptionally lean. It has very rich taste (gamey to some people). Best way to cook it is slow stew or double boil for its essence (which is golden brown and very nourishing).
