Meat is already cooked through process of smoking, Comes with skin on and is well seasoned.
To prepare, dab dry the defrosted meat with kitchen paper towel. In a dry pan under low heat, pan fry meat with skin down. The fat from the skin will be reduced and skin becomes crispy. When meat is heated thru, remove from pan. Cool and slice thinly. Discard skin if desire.
Smoked duck breast is very versatile. It can be tossed into Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, on a bed of salad, toss into mix vegetable stir fry, fried rice/noddles and so on.
