Local fish and seafood are from Kuala Selangor fishery. Catch is freshly delivered and hand selected for best choices. All preparation ie gutting, scaling and slicing are immediately completed before individual fish, fillets or steaks/cutlets are pack and deep freeze to retain freshness.

White pomfret/Bawal Putih (aka Pak Chong in Cantonese)  averages between 300g to 450g before gutting. Size is good for 1/2 pax serving.
