Available are wild caught fish (sea), farmed fish (fresh water) and fish farmed in the open sea. Prawns are wild caught and also farmed at sea. Check out the details.

Important Tips for Frozen Seafood

Defrosting seafood must be carefully managed to ensure freshness do not deteriorates. Never leave to defrost on kitchen counter top at room temperature.

Always defrost in the chiller section overnight or immerse in cool water in the original packing for a few minutes (for quick defrost).

Freshness deteriorates greatly if defrosted seafood is not cook immediately.
