Poultry
Free range & grass fed chickens need to grow to at least 80 days for the right table size. Dressed weight (cleaned with feet and neck) at 80 days old is around 1kg and are graded as small size. Larger sizes translate to older chickens. Naturally larger sizes will have firmer meat texture, nicer flavour and more fat.
Our poultry farmers do not add anti-biotics and growth
enhancers to maintain low mortality and hasten growth. No artificial chemicals
are use during processing.
Our stock of chickens (whole, cut and parts) are ayam
kampung breed and are halal.
Chickens are supplied from two farmers.
